Plugs into a vehicle socket. Fused, with an LED in the plug.

Teltonika stopped taking orders for the TRB500 on 3 May 2026. Production ends on 3 November 2026 and support runs until 3 January 2031. The replacement is the TRB501, which according to Teltonika's wiki has a 4-pin 9 to 30 V socket, so our cables fit it as well.
About the Teltonika TRB500
The TRB500 is Teltonika's 5G gateway: one Gigabit Ethernet port, micro USB, one SIM and a 5G modem with LTE Cat 20 fallback. It is larger than the other TRB units at 100 x 30 x 93.4 mm. Teltonika has put it on its end-of-life list with the TRB501 as replacement.
It is used to give one high-bandwidth device, such as a camera or a kiosk, a 5G link.

Which cable should I pick?
- Wall socket. The simple choice indoors: plug in and the TRB500 starts.
- Vehicle. Plugs into a vehicle socket. Fused, with an LED in the plug.
- Cabinet, battery or solar. Permanent wiring in a cabinet or vehicle, 2 m long. Add a 2 A slow-blow fuse near the source.
Install tips
- The TRB500's two I/O pins are configurable. Set them in RutOS before you connect anything to the green and white wires, so an output is not driving into a signal source.
- Measure the voltage at the router end once installed, especially with long cable runs on 12 V systems.
- Use a decent supply. Teltonika warns that cheap adapters can send voltage spikes when plugged in or unplugged, and those spikes can damage the router.
Teltonika TRB500 power FAQ
?What is the input voltage range of the Teltonika TRB500?
Teltonika specifies 9 to 30 V DC for the Teltonika TRB500. Both 12 V and 24 V supplies sit comfortably inside that window.
?Why buy a separate power cable for the Teltonika TRB500?
The adapter in the box only works with a wall socket. In a vehicle, a cabinet or on a battery, the car cable or the screw terminal cable is the better fit.
?Does the Teltonika TRB501 take the same cable as the TRB500?
Yes. According to Teltonika's wiki, the TRB501 has a 4-pin power socket with a 9 to 30 V range, so our cables carry over.
?What do the green and white wires do on the Teltonika TRB500?
The Teltonika TRB500 has two configurable I/O pins. Teltonika lists them as shared, and our screw terminal cable brings the socket pins out on green and white. Set them up in RutOS before connecting anything.
?Will the 230 V supply run the Teltonika TRB500 at full load?
Yes. Teltonika's full-load figure is 3.7 W at 12 V, which leaves 14.3 W unused.
?Is the Teltonika TRB500 included with the cable?
We do not sell the Teltonika TRB500. Our shop has three power options for it, and that is all we sell for Teltonika devices.
