230 V power supply
Gives 12 V, the same voltage as the adapter Teltonika ships with the TRB143.

Three ways to power the Teltonika TRB143, a 4G gateway: a 230 V wall supply, a 12/24 V car cable and a screw terminal cable. All fit its 4-pin socket.

Gives 12 V, the same voltage as the adapter Teltonika ships with the TRB143.

Works with the engine running. A 12 V battery left without charging can drop below the TRB143's 12 V minimum.

Bare ends for 12, 24 or 30 V DC, with the I/O wires included.
The TRB143 needs at least 12 V, not 9 V like most Teltonika devices. Our 230 V supply gives exactly 12 V, which matches Teltonika's own adapter but leaves no headroom. On a 12 V battery, the router can stop when the battery runs low or the cable is long. A 24 V system or a regulated 12 V supply avoids that.
The TRB143 is the M-Bus gateway in the TRB family, made for reading water, heat and energy meters over the M-Bus standard. It has one Gigabit Ethernet port and a Cat 4 modem. Its power input is different from most Teltonika devices: it needs at least 12 V rather than 9 V, and Teltonika supplies it with a 12 V adapter.
It is used by utilities and property managers to collect meter readings from a building without a site visit.
| Pin | Function | Our wire |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Power (+) | Red |
| 2 | Ground (-) | Black |
| 3 | Digital input or output | Green |
| 4 | Digital input or output | White |
Wire colours are for our screw terminal cable. On TRB gateways, check Teltonika's pinout drawing to see which of pins 3 and 4 is the input.
Teltonika measured the Teltonika TRB143 at 1.2 W when idle and 5.3 W at full load on a 12 V supply, about 445 mA. That is 30% of what our 18 W supply can deliver. At 24 V Teltonika lists a peak of 7 W.
The Teltonika TRB143 needs 12 to 30 V DC. Unlike most Teltonika devices, it does not run on 9 V. Our 230 V supply gives 12 V, the same as the adapter Teltonika ships with it.
Yes. Teltonika ships the TRB143 with a 12 V adapter, because it needs at least 12 V. Our 230 V supply also gives 12 V, so it is a direct replacement.
Teltonika lists the TRB143 range as 12 to 30 V and ships it with a 12 V adapter. The likely reason is the M-Bus interface, since an M-Bus master has to supply the bus voltage for the meters connected to it.
The 4-pin socket on the Teltonika TRB143 carries one digital input and one digital output, and the screw terminal cable brings both out on the green and white wires. Check Teltonika's pinout drawing for which pin is which before wiring.
Plenty. At 5.3 W peak, the Teltonika TRB143 uses 30% of 18 W.
No. We only make the power cables and the supply. The Teltonika TRB143 is sold by Teltonika's distributors.
