230 V power supply
Fine in normal use. At full load with USB devices it runs close to the supply's 18 W limit.

Need power for a Teltonika RUTC54? It is a 5G edge router that takes 9 to 50 V DC, and all three of our cables fit its 4-pin socket.

Fine in normal use. At full load with USB devices it runs close to the supply's 18 W limit.

For 12 V cars and 24 V trucks. The RUTC54 accepts up to 50 V.

Best for heavy loads: connect to a stronger 24 V DC supply.
At full load Teltonika measured the Teltonika RUTC54 at 17.6 W on 12 V, close to the 18 W our 230 V supply delivers. Normal use is lower, but if you run USB devices or keep it busy all day, use the screw terminal cable with a stronger 24 V DC supply.
The RUTC54 combines a Telit global 5G modem, dual SIM and eSIM, Wi-Fi 6 and Docker support. Teltonika aims it at centrally managed networks with zero-touch deployment through RMS. It is also the hungriest model on our list.
It is meant for distributed industrial networks that need 5G and local computing at every site.
| Pin | Function | Our wire |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Power (+) | Red |
| 2 | Ground (-) | Black |
| 3 | Digital input | Green |
| 4 | Digital output | White |
The car cable and the 230 V supply only use pins 1 and 2. The I/O wires are on the screw terminal cable.
With everything busy, Teltonika's figure for the Teltonika RUTC54 is 17.6 W at 12 V, and about 5.1 W at rest. Even that peak leaves 0.43 W spare on the 18 W supply.
Anything from 9 to 50 V DC on the 4-pin socket. Our 12 V supply, a 24 V truck system or a 48 V DC rail all work.
Yes. Teltonika ships the RUTC54 with a 12 V, 2 A (24 W) adapter. Our 230 V supply gives the same 12 V at 18 W, which is fine at typical load but borderline at the rated maximum. A second cable makes sense for spares, a second site, or an install where a wall plug is not practical, such as a vehicle or a DIN rail cabinet.
Only just at full load. Teltonika measured about 17.6 W at 12 V with every function at maximum. In normal use it draws much less, but for heavy workloads with USB devices, a stronger 24 V DC supply through the screw terminal cable is the safer choice.
Yes. The screw terminal cable brings pin 3 (digital input) out on the green wire and pin 4 (digital output) on the white wire. Configure them in RutOS under Services, Input/Output.
We do not sell the Teltonika RUTC54. Our shop has three power options for it, and that is all we sell for Teltonika devices.
