Screw terminal power cable for Teltonika routers: questions and answers

Wiring a Teltonika router straight to a 12 or 24 V supply? These are the questions we hear most about our screw terminal power cable, each with a short answer. If yours is missing, write to us.

Questions customers ask

Will it fit my Teltonika router?

Yes, if the router has the 4-pin power socket. That covers the RUT, RUTX, RUTM, TRB and TSW models listed on this page, the 5G routers included. If your model is missing, write to us and we will check.

Which wire is plus and which is minus?

Red is plus and goes to positive through an inline fuse. Black is ground and goes to negative.

Does it come with a fuse?

No. Fit an inline fuse in the red wire, as close to the battery as you can. A 2 A slow-blow fuse suits the listed routers on 12 V.

Can I use it on a 24 V system?

Yes. The cable passes the supply straight through, so the router's own range applies: 9 to 30 V on RUT and TRB, 9 to 50 V on RUTX and RUTM.

How long is the cable?

2 m

How quickly will it arrive, and can I send it back?

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day leave the same day, and always within 3 working days. Shipping is €15 within the EU and €29 to the rest of Europe, tracked with DHL. You can return it within 14 days of delivery and you cover the return postage. Details are in our terms and conditions.
