My TV has more than one USB port. Which should I use?
Try each one. Some TVs deliver more current on one port than on another, so the best port is the one where the Fire TV Stick runs without restarting.
Is the Fire TV Stick included?
No. You get the power cable only. Keep using your own Fire TV Stick and plug it into the TV's HDMI port as before.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. The power cable only provides power. Apps and channels come from the Fire TV Stick, which needs Wi-Fi or another internet connection, for example a mobile router in the motorhome.
How quickly will it arrive, and can I send it back?
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day leave the same day, and always within 3 working days. Shipping is €15 within the EU and €29 to the rest of Europe, tracked with DHL. You can return it within 14 days of delivery and you cover the return postage. Details are in our terms and conditions.
