Why does the Ultra not work with it?
According to Google, the Ultra will not run on any other USB cable or from a TV's USB port. It needs the power supply it came with, which also holds its Ethernet port.
Which Google device can I use instead?
Chromecast with Google TV or the Google TV Streamer. Both stream in 4K and both run from the TV's USB port with our power cable.
I already bought a cable for my Ultra. What now?
