No. You get the power cable only, and you choose the stick yourself. The stick stays connected to the TV's HDMI port as usual.

My stick is not on your list. Will the power cable still work?
Very likely. It works with about 95% of USB-powered sticks and boxes. The models in our cable guide are the ones we have tested ourselves. If yours is missing, write to us before you order and we will check it.
Do I still need internet?
Yes. The power cable only handles power. Your apps and channels come from the stick, and it needs Wi-Fi or another connection, for example a mobile router in the motorhome.
Is it ready to use out of the box?
It ships charged. Even so, give it about 60 minutes on a USB port before first use for a full charge. From then on it keeps itself topped up.
My TV has more than one USB port. Which should I use?
Try each one. Some TVs deliver more current on one port than on another, so keep the cable on the port where your stick runs steadily.
How quickly will it arrive, and can I send it back?
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day leave the same day, and always within 3 working days. Shipping is €15 within the EU and €29 to the rest of Europe, tracked with DHL. You can return it within 14 days of delivery and you cover the return postage. Details are in our terms and conditions.
