Can each cable go to a different stick?
Yes. Both cables are complete and work on their own, so one can power, say, a Fire TV Stick and the other a Google TV Streamer.

What exactly is in the pack?
Two Smart Power Cables, the same as our universal power cable. Your TV, streaming devices, internet connection and subscriptions are not included.
Can I use one of them for an Apple TV?
No. Apple TV has its own power cable. These two are for streaming sticks, TV boxes and IPTV boxes.
What can I power them from?
Each one takes power from any USB source: the TV, a USB charger at home, or the 12 V USB outlet in a motorhome, caravan or boat.
Is it ready to use out of the box?
It ships charged. Even so, give it about 60 minutes on a USB port before first use for a full charge. From then on it keeps itself topped up.
How quickly will it arrive, and can I send it back?
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day leave the same day, and always within 3 working days. Shipping is €15 within the EU and €29 to the rest of Europe, tracked with DHL. You can return it within 14 days of delivery and you cover the return postage. Details are in our terms and conditions.
