Is the TiVo Stream 4K included?
No. You get the power cable only. Keep using your own TiVo Stream 4K and plug it into the TV's HDMI port as before.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. The power cable only provides power. Apps and channels come from the TiVo Stream 4K, which needs Wi-Fi or another internet connection, for example a mobile router in the motorhome.
Is it ready to use out of the box?
It ships charged. Even so, give it about 60 minutes on a USB port before first use for a full charge. From then on it keeps itself topped up.
How quickly will it arrive, and can I send it back?
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day leave the same day, and always within 3 working days. Shipping is €15 within the EU and €29 to the rest of Europe, tracked with DHL. You can return it within 14 days of delivery and you cover the return postage. Details are in our terms and conditions.
